Style
The RF Master is used to measure RF power. The most common applicaton is to measure the  output power of a video wireless transmission module or a data wireless transmission module. It is portable and has a built-in batery, requiring no additonal power supply. Easyto control, No secondary menu. It can output the results to thePC through a USB-C cable, and the results can be easily graphed with PC sofware.

Power
RF Master integrates a 3.7v 400mah lithium batery. The contnuous working tme is about3 hours when fully charged.
When the batery voltage is too low, it will automatcally shutdown. Please use USB-C chargerto charge in tme.Make sure the USB charger supports 5V@1A output. 
Press and hold the 5-phase buton to center, you will turn on/of the rf master.
Important Note:RF Master will automatcally shut down when the user does not press the buton for more than 3 minutes and does not connect USB-Cto the PC.

SpanTime

The span tme means the period of calculatng and refreshing data.The RF Master reads rf  power permillisecond. For every span tme, the read data undergoes a series of calculatons (depending on the measurementmode) and is displayed on the screen.
The RF Master supports the following span tmes: 
  • 10ms
  • 20ms
  • 40ms
  • 80ms
  • 160ms
Frequency
The rf power measurement unit will produce deviatons due to diferent rf source frequencies. In order to compensate for the deviaton and obtain more accurate results, we provide power compensaton for commonly used frequencies. For this purpose, you needto
set the frequency of the rf source.
The following table shows the frequencies that can be set:
MeasurementMode
The RF Master provides three measurement modes:
  • AVG: The average value collected during the span tme period.
  • PEAK: The peak value collected during the span tme period.
  • MAX: Screen will hold the maximum power collected by the RF Master. It starts countng
when entering this mode, and will restart afer resetng or re-entering this mode.

Batery

  • When fully charged, three bars of electricity will be displayed.
  • When the batery is too low, it will display empty and may shut down at any tme.
  • When charging, it will cycle from 1 bar to 3 bars.
Unit

The RF Master provides two units, mW and dBm. You can choose the appropriate unit according to diferent usage habits.
We highly recommend you use dBm.
